目的 探讨钼靶X线摄影乳腺癌的特点和诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的55例乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现,其中40例采用钼靶X线屏胶摄影,15例采用钼靶X线CR处理系统.结果 40~60岁为乳腺癌高发年龄,主要发生部位为外上象限33例,乳腺癌X线诊断特点以结节或肿块为主37例,肿块边缘呈毛刺样或分叶状,肿块大多中心致密,弥漫浸润5例,40例有簇状沙粒样钙化,导管扩展、扭曲6例,乳晕增厚17例、乳头凹陷4例,血管增多变形13例,腋下淋巴结肿大7例.结论 钼靶X线摄影是诊断乳腺癌最主要的方法之一,尤其是钼靶CR处理系统可较全面显示乳腺癌的影像学表现特点,簇状沙粒样钙化可作为乳腺癌的特征性影像学表现.
目的 探討鉬靶X線攝影乳腺癌的特點和診斷價值.方法 迴顧性分析經手術病理證實的55例乳腺癌的鉬靶X線錶現,其中40例採用鉬靶X線屏膠攝影,15例採用鉬靶X線CR處理繫統.結果 40~60歲為乳腺癌高髮年齡,主要髮生部位為外上象限33例,乳腺癌X線診斷特點以結節或腫塊為主37例,腫塊邊緣呈毛刺樣或分葉狀,腫塊大多中心緻密,瀰漫浸潤5例,40例有簇狀沙粒樣鈣化,導管擴展、扭麯6例,乳暈增厚17例、乳頭凹陷4例,血管增多變形13例,腋下淋巴結腫大7例.結論 鉬靶X線攝影是診斷乳腺癌最主要的方法之一,尤其是鉬靶CR處理繫統可較全麵顯示乳腺癌的影像學錶現特點,簇狀沙粒樣鈣化可作為乳腺癌的特徵性影像學錶現.

Objective To explore the characteristics and the value of molybdenum targets in the radiodiagnesis of breast car-cinoma. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the molybdenum targets features of 55 cases breast carcinoma with operation and pathologically confirmed. Of 55 cases, 40 cases were used molybdenum tart.gets screen -film system, 15 cases were used molyb-denum tartgets CR imaging system. Results The age of patients who easily got breast carcinoma were 40 - 60 years. Most of the mass located in the outer - upper quadrant of the breast in 33 cases. The main pathological kinds were mass and nodnles in 37cases,the mass edge was foliar or spicular,the mass center was hard. 5 cases had permeating infiltrating carcinoma, 40 cases had clustered and granular calcifications,6 cases had expanded and twist duct, 17 cases had mammary halo thickening,4 cases had crater nipples,blood vessel manifolded and levitied in 13 cases,7 cases had crater nipples. Conclusion Molybdenum target radi-ography should be one of the preferred means of acquiring definite diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer,especially molybdenum target CR imaging system that can completely show the image characteristics of breast carcinoma,and clustered and granular calcifications can be looked as image characteristics of breast carcinoma.
