目的分析聚桂醇注射液在内镜下治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的有效性及安全性.方法对我院166名食管静脉曲张患者接受内镜下聚桂醇注射液硬化治疗的疗效、术后并发症等进行统计分析,评估聚桂醇注射液在硬化治疗中的有效性及安全性.结果聚桂醇注射液硬化治疗食管静脉曲张止血成功率为90.36％,再出血患者仅为17.88％,术后并发症主要是胸痛为主.结论内镜下使用聚桂醇注射液治疗食管静脉曲张有较好疗效,安全性好,患者容易接受,值得推广应用.

Objective To analysis of the effectiveness and safety of lauromacrogol injection in the endoscopic treatment of esophageal varices bleeding.Methods The effectiveness and postoperative complications of 166 patients receiving endoscopic sclerotherapy of lauromacrogol injection in the treatment of esophageal varices at our hospital were statistically analyzed.The efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results The hemostasis rate of endoscopic sclerotherapy of lauromacrogol injection in the treatment of esophageal varices was 90.36％.Only 17.88％ patients re-bled.Chest pain was the main postoperative complication.Conclusions Endoscopic sclerotherapy of lauromacrogol injection for esophageal varices under is effective and safe and could be easily accepted by the patients.It is worth being generalized.
