目的探讨短程心率变异的临床应用价值.方法测定高血压冠心病病人和正常对照组短程和长程心率变异的时域指标,并进行比较分析.短程心率变异性测试采用床边1 min的测试方法,即受测试者佩带24 h动态心电监测(Holter)记录盒后立即卧床,深呼吸,用心电图机连续描记1 min的心电图.测试RR间期,如果RR间期所对应的快慢心率相差10次以上为正常,≤10次为异常.结果正常人短程心率变异性与高血压冠心病患者短程心率变异差异有统计学意义;短程和长程心率变异异常发生率差异无统计学意义;正常人短程心率变异与长程心率变异缺乏对比性.结论短程HRV有一定的临床应用价值意义.

Objective To investigate the clinical utility of the short heart rate variability (HRV). Methods The parameters of long route and short route time domain and frequency domain were measured in hypertension patients/CHD patients and normal subjects. HRV of short route was tested by the method of one minute using electrocardiogram record beside bed. If the difference between fast heart rate and slow heart rate was under 10 times versus RR interval, it was supposed abnormal. Results The difference between normal and hypertension of HRV of short heart variability was obvious. There was difference in occur abnormal rate of HRV of the short route and long route. The normal people short heart rate variability and long heart rate variability absent contrasting. Conclusion Short route HRV has some clinical significance.
