目的 探讨基层医院开展新鲜羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡的临床效果及体会.方法 对21例经抗感染药物治疗病情未控制的角膜溃疡根据溃疡深浅分别行单层或多层新鲜羊膜移植术.结果 21例均于术后2-5 d自觉症状明显缓解,术后2周内角膜溃疡愈合,9眼角膜透明,12眼遗留瘢翳,均无新生血管长入,视力不同程度提高.结论 新鲜羊膜移植术治疗难治性角膜溃疡方法简便疗效肯定,易予推广.

목적 탐토기층의원개전신선양막이식치료각막궤양적림상효과급체회.방법 대21례경항감염약물치료병정미공제적각막궤양근거궤양심천분별행단층혹다층신선양막이식술.결과 21례균우술후2-5 d자각증상명현완해,술후2주내각막궤양유합,9안각막투명,12안유류반예,균무신생혈관장입,시력불동정도제고.결론 신선양막이식술치료난치성각막궤양방법간편료효긍정,역여추엄.
Objective To study the therapeutic effects and personal experiences of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation in treating corneal ulcer in basic hospital. Methods According to the degree of ulcer, 21 patients with uncontrolled corneal ul-cer treated with anti - infectious drugs were operated by monolayer or multilayer fresh amniotic membrane transplantation. Results Twenty -one patients felt better after 2 -5 days operation, after 2 weeks, the ulcers were healed, 9 grafts were transparent, 12 gratis were nebular, there were no new arteries growing observed, their visions were improved. Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation is feasible, safe, effective method for treating uncontrolled corneal ulcer, so this method deserves to spread in basic hospitals.
