目的 研究胃癌组织中CD133蛋白表达及其与幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学检测62例胃癌手术切除标本及41例癌旁正常组织中CD133蛋白的表达,采用改良Giemsa染色法检测103例标本中HP感染情况,分析CD133蛋白表达在胃癌发生中的作用及其与HP感染的关系.结果 62例胃癌组织中有30例(48.4%)出现CD133蛋白阳性表达,而41例癌旁正常组织中仅有11例(26.8%)出现CD133蛋白阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023).在有HP感染标本中CD133表达率为65.8%(50/76),而在没有HP感染标本中CD133表达率为25.9% (7/27).经Spearman相关检验,CD133表达与幽门螺杆菌感染呈正相关(r=0.655,P< 0.01).结论 CD133蛋白参与了胃癌的发生发展,且与幽门螺杆菌感染密切相关.

Objective To study the expression of CD133 protein in gastric cancer tissue and its relationship with infection of helicobacter pylori(HP).Methods The expression levels of CD133 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry in 62 cases of surgically removed gastric cancer tissue and 41 cases of corresponding non-tumor normal tissues.The infection status of HP was detected by upgrade Giemsa staining in the tissues of 103 cases.The relationship between the infection of HP and the expression of CD133 protein was analyzed.Results The rates of positive staining for CD133 protein were 48.4% (30/62) in carcinoma tissue,and 26.8% (11/41) in corresponding non-tumor normal tissues,there was significant difference (P =0.023).The expression rate of CD133 protein was 65.8% (50/76) in the tissues with HP infection,and 25.9% (7/27) in the tissues without HP infection.CD133 protein expression was positively corTelated with infection of helicobacter pylori (r =0.655,P < 0.01).Conclusions CD133 protein participate in the development of gastric cancer,and is correlated with HP infection.
