目的 研究高血压脑出血(ICH)患者血肿周围脑组织细胞凋亡的病理变化与细胞色素C(cytC)表达的关系.方法 选择32例在不同时段行血肿清除术的ICH患者,手术过程中取血肿周围脑组织为标本,采用TUNEL染色及免疫组织化学技术检测凋亡细胞和cytC表达的变化.结果 ICH超早期组(<8 h)可见明显的TUNEL阳性细胞和cytC阳性细胞;早期组(8 ~48 h)二者均达到高峰;延期组(>48 h)TUNEL阳性细胞仍维持较高表达,而cytC阳性细胞计数开始下降.凋亡细胞与cytC表达呈显著正相关性(r=0.87,P<0.01).结论 ICH患者血肿周围脑组织中存在细胞凋亡,cytC表达是细胞凋亡过程中的一个关键事件.

목적 연구고혈압뇌출혈(ICH)환자혈종주위뇌조직세포조망적병리변화여세포색소C(cytC)표체적관계.방법 선택32례재불동시단행혈종청제술적ICH환자,수술과정중취혈종주위뇌조직위표본,채용TUNEL염색급면역조직화학기술검측조망세포화cytC표체적변화.결과 ICH초조기조(<8 h)가견명현적TUNEL양성세포화cytC양성세포;조기조(8 ~48 h)이자균체도고봉;연기조(>48 h)TUNEL양성세포잉유지교고표체,이cytC양성세포계수개시하강.조망세포여cytC표체정현저정상관성(r=0.87,P<0.01).결론 ICH환자혈종주위뇌조직중존재세포조망,cytC표체시세포조망과정중적일개관건사건.
Objective To investigate the relationship between apoptosis of cerebral tissue and cytochrome C expression in perihematomal region of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhagc patients.Methods Perihematomal brain tissue were collected in the course of different period evacuation of hematoma in 32 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.The neuronal apoptosis was observed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transterrase mediate dUIP nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining and expressions of cytochrome C were observed by immunohistochemistry.Results Cytochrome C and TUNEL staining positive cells were identified obviously in super-early phase (< 8 h) and reached peak in early phase (8-48 h).In delayed phase (> 48 h),TUNEL staining positive cells still kept high expression level,but cytochrome C positive cells began to decrease.There was significant correlation of apoptosis cells and cytochrome C expression(r =0.87,P <0.01).Conclusions Apoptosis cells exist in perihematomal region among intracerebral hemorrhage patients.The expression of cytochrome C is a critical step in cell apoptosis after intracerebral hemorrhage.
