目的 通过对多种低剂量条件下单螺旋CT胸部扫描图像的分析、比较,找出能获得足够诊断质量影像的最佳低剂量扫描方案.方法 选择两组(共70例)胸部X线片异常的患者分别进行5种不同条件(130 kV/200 mA,130 kV/100 mA,130 kV/50 mA,110 kV/50 mA,110 kV/25 mA)下的胸部低剂量扫描,共对89个病灶进行对比观察,选择符合要求的适宜条件.结果 通过比较,采用110 kV/50 mA为符合条件的最优选择.结论 在能获得足够诊断质量影像的前提下采用低剂量扫描,符合患者利益,符合最优化原则,符合社会利益与经济利益的统一.

Objective Analysis of single spiral CT chest scan images on a variety of low-dose conditions,compare and find out to get sufficient diagnostic quality images of the best low-dose scanning program.Methods A group (70 cases) patients with abnormal X-ray chest low-dose CT in five different conditions (130 kV/200 mA,130 kV/100 mA,130 kV/50 mA,110 kV/50 mA,110 kV/25 mA),a total of 89 lesions were compared,select the appropriate conditions to meet the requirement.Results By comparison,using 110 kV/50 mA optimal choice to meet the conditions.Conclusions The sufficient diagnostic quality images,low-dose scan,in line with the interests of patients,in line with the principle of optimization,in line with the unity of the social interests and economic interests.
