目的 了解平顶山市平高社区糖尿病患者中合并糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)患者的患病情况,以利于其后的治疗和健康宣教.方法 对平高社区350例糖尿病患者进行眼科检查,确定年龄、DR分级、病程等.结果 56例糖尿病患者合并DR,患病率为6.25％,DR Ⅰ级9例,DRⅡ级16例,DRⅢ级23例,DRⅣ级8例.DR的严重程度与年龄、病程呈正相关(r=0.338,P＜0.05;r=0.379,P＜0.01).结论 DR的严重程度与年龄、病程密切相关；该社区DR患者的病情不严重,这得益于平时良好的保健工作,以及该社区居民的自身素质.
目的 瞭解平頂山市平高社區糖尿病患者中閤併糖尿病性視網膜病變(DR)患者的患病情況,以利于其後的治療和健康宣教.方法 對平高社區350例糖尿病患者進行眼科檢查,確定年齡、DR分級、病程等.結果 56例糖尿病患者閤併DR,患病率為6.25％,DR Ⅰ級9例,DRⅡ級16例,DRⅢ級23例,DRⅣ級8例.DR的嚴重程度與年齡、病程呈正相關(r=0.338,P＜0.05;r=0.379,P＜0.01).結論 DR的嚴重程度與年齡、病程密切相關；該社區DR患者的病情不嚴重,這得益于平時良好的保健工作,以及該社區居民的自身素質.
목적 료해평정산시평고사구당뇨병환자중합병당뇨병성시망막병변(DR)환자적환병정황,이리우기후적치료화건강선교.방법 대평고사구350례당뇨병환자진행안과검사,학정년령、DR분급、병정등.결과 56례당뇨병환자합병DR,환병솔위6.25％,DR Ⅰ급9례,DRⅡ급16례,DRⅢ급23례,DRⅣ급8례.DR적엄중정도여년령、병정정정상관(r=0.338,P＜0.05;r=0.379,P＜0.01).결론 DR적엄중정도여년령、병정밀절상관；해사구DR환자적병정불엄중,저득익우평시량호적보건공작,이급해사구거민적자신소질.
Objective To understand the ocular problems of patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR) in Pinggao community,and then for treatment and health education in the future.Methods The 350 patients with DM were examined on ocular,and ages,classifications and course of disease of them were recorded.Results Fifty-six patients with DM were combined with DR,with morbidity of 6.25％,and DR Ⅰ in 9 cases,DR Ⅱ in 16 cases,DR Ⅲ in23 cases and DR Ⅳ in8 cases.The severity of DR is positive correlated with the patient's age and course of DM (r =0.338,P ＜0.05; r =0.379,P ＜0.01).Conclusions The severity of DR was closely correlated with the patient' s age and course of the disease.In this community,the severity of DR is not too bad that due to a good health care and the quality of the resident.
