目的通过对恶性肿瘤放疗患者康复期复查依从现状进行调查分析,探讨如何提高复查依从性.方法采用自行设计的《恶性肿瘤患者康复期复查依从性调查表》,通过门诊及电话随访方法,对747例肿瘤患者康复期复查依从性现状进行调查.采用x2检验分析其影响因素.结果复查依从493例(66％),不依从254例(34％);依从行为与年龄、居住地、生存年限有关,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000).结论年龄、居住地、生存年限是影响肿瘤患者康复期复查依从行为的主要因素.加强健康教育,发挥社会、家庭支持系统的作用,提高医疗水平和服务质量,创造良好的就医环境,对提高患者复查依从性是可能的,也是主要手段和方法.

Objective To investigate the method of improving the re-examination compliance of patients with cancer by analyzing the re-examination situations of patients in the stage of recovery after receiving radiotherapy.Methods By clinic service and telephone,we investigated the re-examination compliance of 747 cases of cancer.Chi-square test was used to analyze influencing factors.Results 66％ of the cases were compliant with medical orders of re-examination.The compliance was relevant to ages,living sites and survival time.Conclusions The main influencing factors on the re-examination compliance of patients with cancer are age,living sites and survival time.It is possible to improve the re-examination compliance of patients by enhancing health education,raising medical levels and service qualities,and creating comfortable environment for patients.
