目的 探讨进展期胃癌的CT征象,提高胃癌的CT诊断水平.方法 收集经手术及病理证实的26例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料,结合文献资料对其CT征象做回顾性分析.结果 进展期胃癌有其独特的影像学特征:主要为胃壁增厚、软组织肿块、壁外侵犯、转移,增强扫描病灶处胃壁明显强化.结论 CT能很好显示进展期胃癌的特征,能清晰显示胃癌向周围组织侵犯及腹腔内转移情况,可作为胃癌的诊断方法之一.

목적 탐토진전기위암적CT정상,제고위암적CT진단수평.방법 수집경수술급병리증실적26례진전기위암환자적림상자료,결합문헌자료대기CT정상주회고성분석.결과 진전기위암유기독특적영상학특정:주요위위벽증후、연조직종괴、벽외침범、전이,증강소묘병조처위벽명현강화.결론 CT능흔호현시진전기위암적특정,능청석현시위암향주위조직침범급복강내전이정황,가작위위암적진단방법지일.
Objective To improve the diagnostic level of advanced gastric carcinoma by discussing the CT images of advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods The CT images of 26 patients about advanced gastric carcinoma proved by surgery and pathology were studied retrospectively.Results Advanced gastric carcinoma had unique radiographic characteristics,gastric wall thickening,mass lesion,violation,metastasis,enhancement.Conclusions CT can show the characteristics of advanced gastric cancer,can clearly show the gastric cancer metastasis to the violation of the surrounding tissue and intraabdominal,can be used as one of the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
