目的 观察笔者改良设计连接管在无痛胃镜检查中的有效性.方法 将120例无痛胃镜检查患者分为实验组(A组,连接管加普通吸氧面罩组,n=60例)和对照组(B组,胃镜专用麻醉面罩组,n=60例),观察两组检查中的临床效果.结果 两组患者发生呼吸抑制率比较差异无统计学意义,两组患者拔出胃镜比较差异无统计学意义.结论 改良后连接管只需和普通吸氧面罩一起使用即可完成胃镜操作,是无痛胃镜中安全有效的选择之一,值得在临床应用中进一步推广.

목적 관찰필자개량설계련접관재무통위경검사중적유효성.방법 장120례무통위경검사환자분위실험조(A조,련접관가보통흡양면조조,n=60례)화대조조(B조,위경전용마취면조조,n=60례),관찰량조검사중적림상효과.결과 량조환자발생호흡억제솔비교차이무통계학의의,량조환자발출위경비교차이무통계학의의.결론 개량후련접관지수화보통흡양면조일기사용즉가완성위경조작,시무통위경중안전유효적선택지일,치득재림상응용중진일보추엄.
Objective To observe the availability of author-made connecting tube in painless endoscopy.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of painless endoscopy were divided into experimental group(group A,connecting tube and ordinary oxygen mask group,n =60 cases) and control group (group B,endoscopy,anesthesia mask group,n =60 cases).The clinical effects were observed.Results The difference of incidence rate of respiratory depression between the two groups was not statistically significant.There was also no significant difference in unplug the endoscopy between the two groups.Conclusions It is a safe and effective choice for painless gastroscope by self connecting tube and ordinary oxygen mask to completing the gastroscopy,it' s worthy of further promotion in the clinical application.
