目的 探讨低温等离子体灭菌方式对手术室腔镜器械的灭菌步骤和效果.方法 采用低温等离子体灭菌器,应用配套灭菌介质和附件,选用腔镜类(镜头、光导纤维、禁水皮类)器械,严格按照规范的操作流程,包括器械的清洗、干燥、包装、灭菌、卸载、存放等进行操作.结果 低温等离子体灭菌效果彻底、检测方便可靠,灭菌周期短,器械周转快,缩短了连台手术的器械消毒等待时间,使腔镜日手术量增加到原来的3倍.结论 低温等离子体灭菌器用于腔镜灭菌,方便、安全、对内镜损伤小,为首选灭菌方法,并且灭菌后物品储存期长,满足了手术过程中对无菌物品的要求.

목적 탐토저온등리자체멸균방식대수술실강경기계적멸균보취화효과.방법 채용저온등리자체멸균기,응용배투멸균개질화부건,선용강경류(경두、광도섬유、금수피류)기계,엄격안조규범적조작류정,포괄기계적청세、간조、포장、멸균、사재、존방등진행조작.결과 저온등리자체멸균효과철저、검측방편가고,멸균주기단,기계주전쾌,축단료련태수술적기계소독등대시간,사강경일수술량증가도원래적3배.결론 저온등리자체멸균기용우강경멸균,방편、안전、대내경손상소,위수선멸균방법,병차멸균후물품저존기장,만족료수술과정중대무균물품적요구.
Objective To investigate the procedure and effect of low-temperature plasma sterilization on endoscopic instruments in operating room.Methods Endoscopic intruments (lens,optical fiber and leather afraid of water) were sterilized using low temperature plasma sterilizer,sterilization of aux-iliary media and accessories.The whole process in strict accordance with standard operating procedures,including equipment cleaning,drying,packaging,sterilization,unloading and storage.Results The low temperature plasma sterilization has the advantages of completely effect,convenient and reliable testing and short sterilization cycle,which accelerate the equipment turnover and shorten the sterilization time between continuous operations.Thus our endoscopic day surgery capacity increased to 3 times the original.Conclusions Low-temperature plasma sterilization used for endoscopic instruments is conven.ent,safe and less damage to the endoscope,wh.ch should be chosen as the preferred method of sterilization.Furthermore,the storage of long items after sterilization meet to the sterile requirements during operations.
