目的探讨护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量与心理健康的影响.方法将160例慢性乙肝患者随机分为两组,每组80例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用心理及生活护理干预,比较两组患者的生活质量及心理健康情况.结果护理干预后,观察组在情感指数、生活满意度及健康指数方面均显著优于对照组(t=6.37、5.23、10.34,P均＜0.05)；观察组人际关系敏感、恐惧、焦虑、强迫均与对照组比较显著下降(x2=37.31、16.36、22.54、10.50,P均＜0.05).结论护理干预有利于改善住院期问的生活质量,提高慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理健康水平.

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on quality of life and mental health in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group,the control group were given conventional care,the observation group were given psychology and life care intervention on the basis of the control group,the quality of life and mental health of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the emotional index,life satisfaction and health indices in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (t =6.37,5.23,10.34,P ＜0.05).The interpersonal sensitivity,fear,anxiety,obsessivecompulsive in the observation group decreased significantly than the control group (x2 =37.31,16.36,22.54,10.50,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life during hospitalization,and improve the mental health of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
