目的观察结直肠癌超重患者术后皮下负压引流管预防切口脂肪液化的疗效.方法 2012年1月至2012年8月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院普外科将收治的83例欲行手术治疗超重的(体质量指数≥25 kg/m2)结直肠癌患者随机分成两组,观察组(41例)缝合腹壁切口时皮下放置带侧孔的皮下引流管,术后持续负压引流3d,引流液减少时拔出引流管.对照组(42例)常规缝合腹部切口,比较两组患者切口愈合情况.结果观察组41例患者中术后1例发生切口脂肪液化,切口脂肪液化的发生率为2.4％；对照组42例患者中术后9例发生切口脂肪液化,发生率为21.0％.结论应用皮下引流管持续负压引流能有效预防腹部切口脂肪液化发生,减少患者痛苦.

Objective To observe the effect of postoperative subcutaneous negative pressure drainage tube preventing incision fat liquefaction in overweight patients with colorectal cancer.Methods From Jan.2012 to Aug.2012,83 cases overweight (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2) patients with colorectal cancer who will accept operation treatment were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group (41 cases)placed with hole measuring subcutaneous drainage tube when suturing of abdominal incision.Persistent postoperative negative pressure drainage for 3 days,pullout the drainage tube when drainage of the fluid was reduced.The abdominal wall incisions of the control group (42 cases) were given conventional suture.The incision healing of the two groups was compared.Results Fat liquefaction occurred in only 1 case (2.4％) in observation group and 9 cases (21.0％) in control group.Conclusions Application of subcutaneous drainage tube to maintain the negative pressure drainage can effectively prevent abdominal incision fat liquefaction happenning,so it can reduce patients' pain.
