目的 探讨妇女宫颈疾病患病率及相关因素.方法 根据宫颈疾病诊断标准对普查对象进行常规妇科检查及B超检查.结果 宫颈疾病检出率为58.29％,检出率最高的为宫颈肥大.不同年龄和避孕方式的妇女之间宫颈疾病检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；40 ～岁组检出率(83.81％)最高,避孕方式为结扎避孕的妇女宫颈疾病检出率(70.00％)最高.不同文化程度宫颈疾病检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),文化程度越高妇女检出率越低.结论 宫颈疾病严重威胁妇女的身心健康,应该对高危人群进行干预,重视妇科普查,对于宫颈疾病做到旱发现、早诊断、早治疗,提高妇女的生活质量.

Objective To investigate the morbidity rate of cervical diseases and its relative factors.Methods According to the diagnostic criterion of cervical diseases,routine gynecological examination and B-ultrasonic examination were made for census object.Results The detection rate of cervical diseases was 58.29％,the highest detection rate was cervical hypertrophy.In different ages and methods of contraception,there were significant differences in the detection rates of cervical disease (P ＜ 0.05).The detection ratio of the forty-age group was 83.81％,which was the highest among all age' s groups.The detection ratio of tubal ligations contraceptive group was 70.00％,which was the highest among all methods of contraception groups.In different literacy women,there were significant differences in the detection rates of cervical disease (P ＜ 0.05).The higher the educational level was,the lower the detection rate of women was.Conclusions Cervical diseases were seriously harmful to the physical and mental health of women.We should intervene the high-risk group,pay more attention to gynecological examinations,early discovery,early diagnosis and early treatment should be carried out for improving the quality of life of women.
