目的 比较微柱凝集和聚凝胺法的灵敏度和重复性,为不规则抗体的检测更新方法.方法 使用微柱凝集和聚凝胺法检测不规则抗体,对比观察两种方法检出的阴、阳性结果和重复检验的准确性,从而选择灵敏度高和重复性好的方法满足临床输血需要.结果 采用微柱凝胶检测不规则抗体阳性率为0.82%,采用聚凝胺检测的阳性率为0.18%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).不规则抗体Rh系统为7例,MNSs系统1例,自身抗体1例.微柱凝集(9/9)和聚凝胺(2/2)均为100%,两种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 用微柱凝集检测不规则抗体能显著提高抗体的检出率,可避免漏检而降低输血反应的发生率.

Objective To compare the sensitivity and repeatability of micro-column gel test and polybrene test,update method for the detection of irregular antibodies.Methods Micro-column gel test and polybrene test were used for detecting irregular antibody,the results of positive and negative,the accuracy of repeated detection were compared and observed by two methods,so the high sensitivity and good reproducibility method was selected to meet the need of clinical blood transfusion.Results Irregular antibody positive rates was 0.82%,which was screened by micro-column gel test.Irregular antibody positive rates was 0.18%,which was screened by polybrene test.There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).The specificity of 9 cases of irregular antibodies was as follows:seven cases were Rh,1 case was autoantibodies and the other 1 was MNSs.Conclusions Microcolumn gel test can significantly increase the detection rate and decrease the false negative results of testing,which can be helpful to reduce the incidence of transfusion reaction.
