目的观察丙泊酚与盐酸瑞芬太尼联合应用于无痛胃镜检查的可行性、安全性和效果的优越性.方法将择期行无痛胃镜检查或治疗患者520例随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ两组,每组260例.Ⅰ组单独应用丙泊酚麻醉,Ⅱ组联合应用盐酸瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚.观察两组患者苏醒的时间、丙泊酚的用量与并发症、检查中耐受程度.结果与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ组丙泊酚用量减少,患者的苏醒时间明显缩短,检查中耐受程度较佳.结论盐酸瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚应用于无痛胃镜检查麻醉效果较好.

Objective To observe the feasiabity,safety and superiority of effect of combination of propofol and hydrochloride remifentanil for painless gastroscopy application in patients with gastrointestinal diseases.Methods Patients underwent selective gastroscopy were divided into two groups.Group Ⅰ (260 cases) were treated with propofol by intravenous anesthesia,and Group Ⅱ (260 cases) were administrated with combination of propofol and hydrochloride remifentanil by intravenous anesthesia.Gastroscopy were performed after disappearance of eyelash reflex and appearance of muscle relaxation.The incidence of time of regaining consciousness,dose of propofol,complication and tolerance were observed.Results Patients in group Ⅱ were better than group Ⅰ in reducing dose and time of regain consciousness and had better tolerance.Conclusions It has better effect that combination of propofol and hydrochloride remifentanil on painless gastroscopy application in patients with gastrointestinal diseases.
