目的 比较乳胶增强散射比浊法与高效液相色谱法测定血中同型半胱氨酸时的准确性、精密度、偏离度及测定范围.方法 分别采用乳胶增强散射比浊法与高效液相色谱法检测70例患者和52例健康体检者血清中同型半胱氨酸,并比较两种方法测定血中同型半胱氨酸时的准确性、精密度、偏离度及测定范围.结果 两法准确性、精密度均良好,各浓度值测定结果的预期偏差均在可接受范围,乳胶增强散射比浊法测定结果的相关回归方程为Y=1.336X+0.3906(r 2=0.9995),高效液相色谱法测定结果的相关回归方程为Y=0.021X-0.0085(r2=0.9999).结论 乳胶增强散射比浊法是一种较好的同型半胱氨酸定量方法,值得推广.

Objective To compare the accuracy,precision,deviation and metered scope between high performance liquid chromatography and nephelometry assay with latex in the determination of homocysteine.Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography and nephelometry assay with latex,70 patients and 52 healthy people fresh serum samples were measured to compare the accuracy,precision,deviation and metered scope.Results The accuracy and precision of two methods in determination of homocysteine were good.The expected deviation of both methods was in acceptable range.The regression equation of homocysteine measured by nephelometry assay with latex was Y =1.336X + 0.3906.The determination coefficient was 0.9995.The regression equation of homocysteine measured by high performance liquid chromatography was Y =0.021X-0.0085.The determination coefficient was 0.9999.Conclusions The nephelometry assay with latex is accurate,sensitive,rapid,specific and suitable for the routine clinical practice and the research practice.
