目的 探讨加长柄人工股骨头置换结合张力带治疗高龄粗隆间粉碎性骨折的临床疗效.方法 采 用加长柄人工股骨头置换结合张力带固定治疗29例高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者,术后根据Harris评分评定髋关节功能.结果 所有患者随访6 ～30个月,平均18.5个月,根据Harris评分标准进行髋关节功能评定,总优良率达93.1％,X线片示假体无松动、下沉.结论 加长柄人工股骨头置换结合张力带固定是治疗高龄粗隆间粉碎性骨折的有效方法之一,具有患者下床早、并发症少、提高患者生活质量等优点.

Objective To investigate the effect of artificial long-stem femoral head replacement combined with tension band on intertrochanteric comminuted fracture.Methods Twenty-nine elderly patients with comminuted femoral intertrochanteric fracture underwent operation with artificial long-stem femoral head replacement combined with tension band were choosed.Hip joint function was evaluated postoperatively according to Harris score.Results All patients were followed up for 6-30 months with an average of 18.5 months,X-ray showed no prosthetic loosening or sinking,hip joint function was rated based on Harris score,the excellent rate was 93.1％.Conclusions The artificial long-stem femoral head replacement combined with tension band in the treatment of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture is effective,and can make patients get out of bed earlier,and it can reduce complications,improve patients' life quality.
