目的探讨透明敷料与约束带并用在神经外科躁动患者中的应用效果.方法随机将神经外科躁动患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用自制约束带常规约束,观察组先将透明敷料贴于约束处,再用自制约束带常规约束.观察比较两组患者约束天数、皮肤情况及约束效果.结果观察组约束天数长于对照组(P＜0.01),约束处皮肤伤害明显小于对照组(P＜0.05),约束效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论透明敷料与约束带并用能有效减少神经外科躁动患者的皮肤并发症,提高约束效果,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the application effect of transparent dressing and restraint strap for neurosurgical restless patients.Methods Neurosurgical agitated patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group used conventional homemade restraint strap,while observation group used transparent dressing before bound with conventional homemade restraint strap.Compared the number of days of using restraint strap,skin conditions and the effect of constraint in two groups.Results The number of days of constraint in observation group was longer than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05),the skin damage of constraint was significantly less than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05),the binding effect was better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01),with statistically significant differences between two groups.Conclusion The combination of transparent dressing and restraint strap can effectively reduce skin complications in neurosurgical restless patients,with improved constraint effect,worthy of promotion and application.
