目的 探讨Hoffa骨折的治疗方法.方法 对12例Hoffa骨折患者行后内或后外侧入路切开复位加压空心螺钉结合抗滑移钛板内固定治疗.结果 12例均获随访,时间3～36个月,平均13个月.功能恢复参照Letenneur万法进行评估:优11例,良1例,优良率为91.7％.结论 Hoffa骨折需行切开解剖复位,坚强内固定,早期功能康复锻炼.

Objective To investigate the treatment of Hoffa fracture.Methods Twelve patients with Hoffa fracture underwent operation with compressive hollow screw combined with anti-sliding titanium plate.Results The 12 patients were followed up for 3-36 months,with an average of 13 months.Knee joint function was rated based on Letenneur evaluation system,11 cases were excelent,1 case was good,the excellent and good rate was 91.7％.Conclusions The patients with Hoffa fractures should be treated with open anatomic reduction,rigid internal fixation,and early functional rehabilitation exercise.
