目的 探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗脊柱椎体转移瘤的临床疗效.方法 经皮椎体成形术治疗38例62节椎体转移瘤患者,在C型臂引导下经皮穿刺入椎体内并注入骨水泥,并采用VAS评分对患者术前和术后疼痛症状进行评估.结果 38例患者62节椎体经皮穿刺椎体成形术操作成功率为100%.椎体注射骨水泥3~5 ml,平均3.7ml,术后随访7 d~12个月,平均6.2个月;疼痛完全缓解l6例,占42.1%,部分缓解20例,占52.6%,总有效率为93.7%.结论 经皮椎体成形术治疗脊柱转移瘤止痛效果显著,手术简单,对患者机体干扰小,相时安全,能提高患者生活质量,是治疗脊柱转移瘤的有效手段.

목적 탐토경피추체성형술치료척주추체전이류적림상료효.방법 경피추체성형술치료38례62절추체전이류환자,재C형비인도하경피천자입추체내병주입골수니,병채용VAS평분대환자술전화술후동통증상진행평고.결과 38례환자62절추체경피천자추체성형술조작성공솔위100%.추체주사골수니3~5 ml,평균3.7ml,술후수방7 d~12개월,평균6.2개월;동통완전완해l6례,점42.1%,부분완해20례,점52.6%,총유효솔위93.7%.결론 경피추체성형술치료척주전이류지통효과현저,수술간단,대환자궤체간우소,상시안전,능제고환자생활질량,시치료척주전이류적유효수단.
Objective To analyze and determine the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on metastatic vertebral tumor.Methods Thirty-eight patients (62 vertebral) with metastatic vertebral tumor were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty.Guided by the C-arm,bone cement was injected into the affected vertebral bodies and to assess the patients preoperative and postoperative pain.Results The operation was successful in 62 vertebral.The bone cement was injected 3 ml to 5 ml(averagc was 3.7 ml) in the operations.Follow-up for 7 d to 12 months,16 patients total pain relieved,accounted for 42.1%,partly 20 patients,accounted for 52.6%.The total efficiency rate was 93.7%.Conclusions Percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of metastatic turmors,has obvious analgesic effect,simple operation,relatively safe.It can improve the quality of life of the patients,and is the most effective treatment for metastatic vertebral tumor.
