Yangxueqingnao particles%Carbamazepine%Pharmacokinetic
目的 研究养血清脑颗粒在人体内对卡马西平(CBZ)药代动力学的影响.方法 采用自身交叉试验方法,8名健康受试者禁食10 h后于清晨口服卡马西平200 mg,在不同的时间点采集血样.10 d后志愿者开始口服养血清脑颗粒,每天3次,每次4 9.在服用养血清脑颗粒后第7天清晨同时服用卡马西平片200 mg,按相同时间点再次采集血样.用高效液相色谱法检测血样中卡马西平的浓度.用Kinetica 5.0软件计算药代动力学参数.结果 单用CBZ和CBZ与养血清脑颗粒同时应用时,CBZ的Cmax、Tmaxx、T1/2、AUC0-t、CL差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 养血清脑颗粒不影响卡马西平的吸收和体内代谢过程.

Objective To study the effect of yangxueqingnao particles on the pharmacokinetics of carbamazepine in healthy volunteers.Methods Eight subjects were oral administrated with carbamazepine (200 mg) in the morning after fasted ten hours.Blood samples were draw at different time.Yangxueqingnao particles were taken 10 days latter.When yangxueqingnao particles were taken 7 days,carbamazepine (200 mg) was oral given again.Blood was drew off at the same time again.High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the concentration of carbamazepine.Kinetica 5.0 was used to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the pharmacokinetic parameters of carbamazepine,such as C T T1/2,AUC0-t,CL (P > 0.05).Conclusions The yangxueqingnao particles have no effect on the absorption and metabolism of carbamazepine in human.
