目的 探讨胸腔镜辅助小切口对肺癌患者肺功能的影响.方法 86例肺癌患者随机分为两组,观察组43例,对照组43例,对照组患者采用开胸手术,观察组患者采用胸腔镜辅助小切口手术.测定患者治疗前后的肺功能.结果 两组治疗前第1秒最大呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后均可改善FEV1、FVC、PEF,且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 胸腔镜辅助小切口可以更明显改善肺癌患者的肺功能.

목적 탐토흉강경보조소절구대폐암환자폐공능적영향.방법 86례폐암환자수궤분위량조,관찰조43례,대조조43례,대조조환자채용개흉수술,관찰조환자채용흉강경보조소절구수술.측정환자치료전후적폐공능.결과 량조치료전제1초최대호기량(FEV1)、용력폐활량(FVC)、최대호기류속봉치(PEF)비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05);치료후균가개선FEV1、FVC、PEF,차관찰조우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 흉강경보조소절구가이경명현개선폐암환자적폐공능.
Objective To study the effectiveness of assisted thoracoscopic small incision on lung function of patients with lung cancer.Methods Eighty-six patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(43 cases) and the observation group (43 cases).The patients in the control group were operated through thoracotomy,while the patients in the observation group were operated through thoracoscopic radical mastectomy.The lung function in both groups were detected before and after three months of operation.Results The FEV1,FVC and PEF had no significant differences between the two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05).And they were improved after operation,and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Assisted thoracoscopic small incision can significantly improve lung function in patients with lung cancer.
