目的 探讨瞬时受体电位通道6(TPRC6)在食管鳞癌中的表达水平以及TRPC6蛋白表达水平与食管鳞癌放疗预后的关系.方法 回顾性研究2008年至2011年于郑州大学第一附属医院行根治性放疗的86例食管鳞癌患者的临床资料,应用免疫组化法检测86例食管鳞癌组织标本中TRPC6的表达水平.Kaplan-Meier法计算生存率并用Log-rank法检验,Cox模型多因素预后分析.结果 TRPC6在食管鳞癌中的阳性表达主要在细胞膜及胞浆中,其中高表达率为47.7% (41/86),低表达率为52.3% (45/86).TRPC6蛋白表达水平与肿瘤是否复发与远处转移相关(P<0.05).Cox多因素分析结果显示,TRPC6蛋白表达水平是预测食管鳞癌放疗预后的一个独立因素(x2=9.089,P=0.003).结论 TRPC6蛋白表达水平可作为评价食管鳞癌患者放疗预后的一个新的指标.

Objective To investigate the expression levels of transient receptor potential canonical type 6 (TPRC6) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC),and the relationship between the protein expression levels of TRPC6 and the prognosis of patients with ESCC after radiotherapy.Methods From2008 to 2011,the clinical data of 86 patients with ESCC underwent radical radiotherapy in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university were retrospectively studied.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to measure the protein expression levels of TRPC6 in 86 ESCC tissue samples.The KaplanMeier method was used for calculating the survival rate and the Log-rank test was used for survival difference analysis.The Cox model was used for multivariate prognostic analysis.Results The positive expression of TRPC6 in ESCC was mainly observed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm.The high expression rate of TRPC6 was 47.7% (41/86) and the low expression rate was 52.3% (45/86).The protein expression level of TRPC6 was correlated with tumor recurrence and distant metastasis (P < 0.05).The multivariate prognostic analysis showed that the protein expression level of TRPC6 was an independent factor for prediction of the prognosis of ESCC patients after radiotherapy(x2 =9.089,P =0.003).Conclusions The protein expression level of TRPC6 can be used as a new marker for evaluating the prognosis of ESCC patients after radiotherapy.
