目的 探讨非瓣膜性房颤(NVAF)患者超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体(D-dimer)、左房内径(LAD)与心功能的关系.方法 选取非瓣膜性房颤患者65例为试验组,非房颤患者55例为对照组,并记录其年龄(age)、空腹血糖(FPG)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、hs-CRP、D-二聚体、LAD、左室射血分数(LVEF).结果 试验组的年龄、hs-CRP、D-二聚体、LAD均高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组(P<0.05).试验组LVEF与年龄(r=-0.196)、hs-CRP(r=-0.486)、D-二聚体(r=-0.209)、LAD(r=-0.741)呈负相关(P<0.05).年龄、hs-CRP、D-二聚体、LAD是非瓣膜性房颤患者心功能的影响因素.结论 高龄、炎症因子、纤溶系统因子以及心脏结构改变可能共同导致了非瓣膜性房颤患者心功能的下降.

목적 탐토비판막성방전(NVAF)환자초민C-반응단백(hs-CRP)、D-이취체(D-dimer)、좌방내경(LAD)여심공능적관계.방법 선취비판막성방전환자65례위시험조,비방전환자55례위대조조,병기록기년령(age)、공복혈당(FPG)、담고순(TC)、삼선감유(TG)、hs-CRP、D-이취체、LAD、좌실사혈분수(LVEF).결과 시험조적년령、hs-CRP、D-이취체、LAD균고우대조조,LVEF저우대조조(P<0.05).시험조LVEF여년령(r=-0.196)、hs-CRP(r=-0.486)、D-이취체(r=-0.209)、LAD(r=-0.741)정부상관(P<0.05).년령、hs-CRP、D-이취체、LAD시비판막성방전환자심공능적영향인소.결론 고령、염증인자、섬용계통인자이급심장결구개변가능공동도치료비판막성방전환자심공능적하강.
Objective To investigate the correlation of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,D-dimer,left atrial diameter with cardiac function in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF).Methods Sixty-five patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation were chose as test group,and 55 patients without atrial fibrillation were chose as control group.Their ages,levels of FPG,TC,TG,hs-CRP,D-dimer,LAD and LVEF were recorded.Results The ages,levels of hs-CRP,D-dimer,and LAD were higher in test group than those in the control group,and the level of LVEF was lower in test group than that in the control group (P<0.05).In test group,the LVEF was negatively correlated with age(r =-0.196),hs-CRP (r =-0.486),D-dimer(r =-0.209),LAD (r =-0.741),P < 0.05.Age,hs-CRP,D-dimer,LAD were the influencing factors of cardiac function of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.Conclusions Advanced age,inflammatory factor,fibrinolytic system factor and cardiac structural modification probably can lead to the decline of cardiac function in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
