目的 研究耳蜗高度(CH)值和年龄之间的关系.方法 选取2006年至2012年213例患者,年龄1个月~21岁,426耳颞骨冠状CT扫描,应用高分辨率CT测量CH值.比较不同年龄、性别和耳聋类型之间CH值的差异.分析15例患者在不同年龄段的多个CH扫描值与年龄变化之间的关系.结果 听力损失患者CH平均值为(4.29±0.45)mm,男性为(4.32±0.43)mm,女性为(4.26±0.48) mm,男性略大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).CH值在1个月~21岁患者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患者在不同年龄段的多个冠状CT扫描测量CH值差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 耳蜗高度值不随年龄改变而变化,男性比女性稍大.

Objective To investigate the relationship between age and cochlear height (CH) value.Methods From 2006 to 2012,213 patients aged 1 month to 21 years were chose,temporal bone coronal CT scan was performed for 426 ears,CH value was measured by high resolution ratio CT.The CH value differences between different ages,sexes and hearing loss types were compared.The relationship between CH value of the15 patients at different age groups and age was analyzed.Results The CH average value was (4.29 ± 0.45) mm in hearing loss patients,(4.32 ± 0.43) mm in males,(4.26 ± 0.48)mm in females,the CH average value was slightly higher in males than that in females,there was significant difference (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in CH value between patients with 1 month old and patients with 21 years old(P >0.05).There was also no significant difference in coronal CT scans CH value of patients at different ages.Conclusions CH value does not change with age increase,but is slightly higher in males than that in females.
