目的 探讨黏蛋白2 (MUC2)在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法和原位杂交技术检测MUC2在51例胃印戒细胞癌组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达.结果 MUC2蛋白和mRNA在胃印戒细胞癌组织中表达明显高于在正常胃黏膜组织中表达.MUC2蛋白在淋巴结转移组的表达明显低于无淋巴结转移组的表达.结论 MUC2蛋白和MUC2 mRNA表达增高,可能与胃印戒细胞癌的发生有关.胃印戒细胞癌中MUC2蛋白表达可能与淋巴结转移呈负相关.

Objective To investigate the expression of mucin 2 (MUC2) in the gastric signetring cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expressions of MUC2 in 51 cases of gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma and the corresponding normal gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization.Results The expression of MUC2 protein and mRNA in gastric signet-ring cellwere obviously higher than those in normal gastric mucosa.The expression of MUC2 protein in patients with lymph node metastasis were obviously lower than that in patients without lymph node metastasis.Conclusions The higher expression of MUC2 protein and MUC2 mRNA may be related to the carcinogenesis of gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma.The expression of MUC2 may be negatively correlated with the lymph node metastasis.
