目的 探讨肿瘤患者幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染与化疗消化道反应的关系,分析Hp的根治与消化道反应变化的关系.方法 选取2012年2月至2013年4月在郑州大学第一附属医院肿瘤科接受化疗且幽门螺旋杆菌感染阳性的肿瘤患者150例,再选取同期接受化疗且幽门螺旋杆菌感染阴性的肿瘤患者150例.对幽门螺旋杆菌感染与化疗过程中消化道反应的关系进行研究.选取2012年10月至2013年9月在郑州大学第一附属医院肿瘤科接受化疗肿瘤患者100例,分析Hp的根治与消化道反应变化的关系.结果 幽门螺旋杆菌阳性的Ⅲ、Ⅳ度消化道反应发生率较幽门螺旋杆菌阴性的Ⅲ、Ⅳ度消化道反应发生率升高(P＜0.05).Hp根治前、后两组相比较,Ⅲ、Ⅳ度消化道反应发生率Hp根治后较Hp根治前下降(P＜0.05).结论 幽门螺旋杆菌的感染与化疗中消化道反应具有相关性.Hp根治后可以有效地减轻消化道反应.Hp感染是加重化疗中消化道反应的一个因素.

목적 탐토종류환자유문라선간균(Hp)감염여화료소화도반응적관계,분석Hp적근치여소화도반응변화적관계.방법 선취2012년2월지2013년4월재정주대학제일부속의원종류과접수화료차유문라선간균감염양성적종류환자150례,재선취동기접수화료차유문라선간균감염음성적종류환자150례.대유문라선간균감염여화료과정중소화도반응적관계진행연구.선취2012년10월지2013년9월재정주대학제일부속의원종류과접수화료종류환자100례,분석Hp적근치여소화도반응변화적관계.결과 유문라선간균양성적Ⅲ、Ⅳ도소화도반응발생솔교유문라선간균음성적Ⅲ、Ⅳ도소화도반응발생솔승고(P＜0.05).Hp근치전、후량조상비교,Ⅲ、Ⅳ도소화도반응발생솔Hp근치후교Hp근치전하강(P＜0.05).결론 유문라선간균적감염여화료중소화도반응구유상관성.Hp근치후가이유효지감경소화도반응.Hp감염시가중화료중소화도반응적일개인소.
Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection in clinical oncology patients and gastrointestinal reactions during chemotherapy,and to analyze the relationship between Hp radication and changes of gastrointestinal reactions.Methods From February 2012 to April 2013,150 tumor cases,who accepted chemotherapy and were positive for H.pylori infection at the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university were chosen.And at the same time,150 tumor cases,who accepted chemotherapy and were negative for H.pylori infection were chosen.The relationship between the radical cure of H.pylori infection and gastrointestinal reactions during chemotherapy was analyzed.Select 100 tumor cases,who accepted chemotherapy and were positive for H.pylori infection from October 2012 to September 2013 at the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university were chosen.And the relationship between the radical cure of H.pylori infection and gastrointestinal reactions during chemotherapy was analyzed.Results The incidence rate of Ⅲ and Ⅳ degree gastrointestinal reactions with positive H.pylori infection was higher than that of patients with negative H.pylori infection (P ＜ 0.05).Compared H.pylori radication group with non H.pylori radication group,the incidence rate of Ⅲ and Ⅳ degree gastrointestinal reactions after H.pylori radication was lower than that of patients before H.pylori radication(P ＜0.05).Conclusions H.pylori infection is related to gastrointestinal reactions during chemotherapy.The radical cure of H.pylori can effectively reduce the gastrointestinal reaction.H.pylori infection is a factor that aggravating the gastrointestinal reactions in chemotherapy.
