目的 探讨CT对前列腺癌的诊断价值.方法 对19例前列腺癌的CT表现进行回顾性总结,并与同年龄段的前列腺增生和正常前列腺组进行对照分析.结果 前列腺癌显示不规则增大及增强前后密度不均匀,侵及周围结构及盆腔淋巴结肿大.结论 CT诊断Ⅰ期以上癌肿具有较高的价值.

목적 탐토CT대전렬선암적진단개치.방법 대19례전렬선암적CT표현진행회고성총결,병여동년령단적전렬선증생화정상전렬선조진행대조분석.결과 전렬선암현시불규칙증대급증강전후밀도불균균,침급주위결구급분강림파결종대.결론 CT진단Ⅰ기이상암종구유교고적개치.
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT on prostate cancer.Methods The CT manifestations of 19 patients with prostate cancer were retrospectively analyzed,and were compared with those of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and normal prostate.Results The prostate cancer showed irregular enlargement and enhancement of uneven density,invasion the surrounding structures and pelvic lymph node enlargement.Conclusions CT diagnosis for stage Ⅰ cancer has high value.
