目的 探讨综合护理干预在预防肛肠疾病术后尿潴留中的作用.方法 将2011年4月至2013年5月间收治的304例肛肠疾病手术患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组152例,对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用综合护理干预措施,观察比较两组患者术后排尿情况.结果 观察组术后顺利排尿79例(52.0％),无效8例(5.3％),总排尿率为94.7％;对照组顺利排尿44例(28.9％),无效47例(30.5％),总排尿率为69.5％;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预可有效促进肛肠疾病患者术后排尿功能恢复,明显降低术后尿潴留发生率,减轻患者痛苦,促进康复.

목적 탐토종합호리간예재예방항장질병술후뇨저류중적작용.방법 장2011년4월지2013년5월간수치적304례항장질병수술환자수궤분위관찰조급대조조,매조152례,대조조급여술후상규호리,관찰조재상규호리기출상가용종합호리간예조시,관찰비교량조환자술후배뇨정황.결과 관찰조술후순리배뇨79례(52.0％),무효8례(5.3％),총배뇨솔위94.7％;대조조순리배뇨44례(28.9％),무효47례(30.5％),총배뇨솔위69.5％;량조비교차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 종합호리간예가유효촉진항장질병환자술후배뇨공능회복,명현강저술후뇨저류발생솔,감경환자통고,촉진강복.
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on preventing uroschesis caused by anorectal disease after the operation.Methods From April 2011 to May 2013,304 patients with anorectal disease were randomly divided,into observation group and control group,with 152 cases in each group.The patierots in control group were treated with nursing routine after the operation,the patients in observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of nursing routine,the urination of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results Serventy-nine cases (52.0％) of patients in observation group urinated smoothly after the operation,8 cases (5.3％) got invalid effect,the total voiding rate was 94.7％.Forty-four cases (28.9％) of patients in control group urinated smoothly after the operation,47 cases (30.5％) got invalid effect,the total voiding rate was 69.5％.There was significant differences between the two groups (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the urinary function recovery of the patients with anorectal disease,reduce the uroschesis occurrence rate obviously,alleviate patients' pain,promote the patients to recovery.
