目的探讨病毒性脑炎急性期频发全身惊厥的治疗方法及疗效.方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2013年12月对26例病毒性脑炎进行治疗的临床资料,治疗组16例给予咪达唑仑抗惊厥,常频机械通气维持呼吸,醒脑静、单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂护脑,常规治疗.对照组10例给予咪达唑仑抗惊厥及常规治疗.结果治疗组中15例病情好转,1例死亡.对照组中5例病情好转,5例死亡.对两组病死率行Fisher's精确检验法分析差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论及时使用咪达唑仑联合机械通气有利于减少病死率,使用醒脑静、单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂等综合治疗在治疗病毒性脑炎中有重要作用.

Objective To investigate the treatment and curative effect of viral encephalitis of frequent convulsion in acute stage.Methods The clinical data of 26 cases with viral encephalitis with frequent convulsion in acute stage from January 2009 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Midazolam was used to control convulsion,conventional mechanical ventilation was used to keep the respiration,Xingnaojing and monosialotetrahexosylganglioside were used to protect brain cell,routine treament were given to 16 children in treament group.Midazolam and routine treament were given to 10 children in contrast group.Results Fifteen children were on the mend,1 child was death in treament group.Five children were on the mend,5 children was death in contrast group.In Fisher' s exact test of fatality,there was significant difference in mortality between the two groups(P ＜0.05).Conclusions It is beneficial to reduce the mortality that midazolam combined with mechanical ventilation.Comprehensively treatment of Xingnaojing and monosialotetrahexosylganglioside has important signiftcance in viral encephalitis.
