目的 探讨MTLC在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 选取乳腺癌标本20例作为研究组,切缘远端正常组织标本20例作为对照组,采用免疫组化方法检测组织中MTLC蛋白的表达情况.结果 研究组中MTLC表达量(4.40±2.16)明显低于对照组(7.35±1.18),差异有统计学意义(T=5.67,P=0.00);研究组中高分化组MTLC (5.75±2.25)与中低分化组(3.50±1.62)的表达之间的独立样本T检验分析差异有统计学意义(T=2.60,P=0.018).研究组中KI-67、c-Myc、P53表达量分别是(4.58±3.43)、(5.90±3.46)、(6.60±3.45),与MTLC (4.40±2.16)表达之间的相关分析呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MTLC可以作为乳腺癌的肿瘤标志物,MTLC过度表达对乳腺癌的发生有促进作用,MTLC与KI-67、c-Myc、P53之间的表达呈负相关关系.

Objective To investigate the role of MTLC in breast cancer.Methods Twenty cases of breast cancer in Shanxi Province Fenyang Hospital were selected in this study.Twenty cases of breast normal tissues were collected as control group.Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of MTLC protein in 20 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of breast normal tissues.Results By immunohistochemical staining,MTLC was mainly expressed in the nucleus and cytoplasm.The protein expression index of MTLC in breast cancer (4.40 ±2.16) was significantly lower than that of control qroup[(7.35 ± 1.18),t =5.67,P < 0.O1].The protein expression index (5.75 ± 2.25) of MTLC was higher in differentiation group than that in moderate and low differentiation group [(3.50 ±1.62),t =2.60,P =0.018].The protein expression index of KI-67,c-Myc,P53 was (4.58 ± 3.43),(5.90 ± 3.46),(6.60 ± 3.45),respectively.The protein expression index of KI-67,c-Myc,P53 was negatively correlated with that of MTLC in breast cancer (P < 0.05).Conclusions MTLC protein can be used as tumor marker in breast cancer,the lower expression of MTLC may promote the occurrence of breast cancer.The expression of MTLC is negative correlated with that of KI-67,c-Myc,P53
