目的探讨人工关节置换术治疗骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的有效性和安全性.方法选取我院收治的56例骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机均分为对照组(内固定治疗)和观察组(人工关节置换术治疗),比较两组患者围术期情况和优良率的差异.结果两组患者手术时间和术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组术后卧床时间显著少于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组优良率(92.9％)显著高于对照组(71.4％)(P＜0.05).结论人工关节置换术治疗骨质疏松性不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,可明显改善预后.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of artificial joint replacement for osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 56 cases of osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (treated with internal fixation) and observation group (treated with artificial joint replacement).The perioperative situation and excellent rate of two groups were compared.Results Operative time and blood loss of two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Postoperative recovery time of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Excellent rate of observation group was 92.9％,which was significantly higher than that of control group of 71.4％ (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Artificial joint replacement for osteoporotic unstable intertrochanteric fracture has exact effect.It can effectively and obviously improve the prognosis.
