儿童过敏性疾病发病的上升趋势越来越引起人们的重视,尤其是儿童支气管哮喘,严重影响婴幼儿的生活质量.“卫生假说”的提出,提示了早期的微生物接触和刺激可影响机体的免疫系统发育,早期微生物刺激的缺乏可导致以后对无害抗原的异常免疫应答.过敏患儿体内肠道菌群分布与健康儿童的差异也提示了肠道菌群与过敏性疾病发生的相关性.调节性T细胞数量或功能的异常是过敏性疾病发生的重要因素之一,但其确切的免疫机制尚在进一步研究中.同时,益生菌在防治哮喘等过敏性疾病中也显示出积极作用.关于过敏性疾病与肠道菌群的研究将对其防治提供新的途径.

The increasing trend of incidence rate in children with allergic diseases has drawn increasingly attention,especially in children with bronchial asthma,which may affect children's life quality.The" hygiene hypothesis" indicates that early microbial contact and stimulation can affect the development of body immune system,lack of early microbial stimulation results in aberrant immune responses to innocuous antigens later in life.The distribution of intestinal flora in the body between children with allergic diseases and healthy children are different,indicating that the occurrence of allergic diseases is associated with intestinal flora.The abnormal number or function of regulatory T cell may be the key mechanism of allergic diseases.Although the exact mechanism is not yet fully understood,more and more researches are underway.Meanwhile,the positive effect of probiotics has been showed in the prevention and treatment of asthma and other allergic diseases cannot be ignored.Studies on allergic diseases and intestinal flora may provide a new way for their prevention and control.
