目的探讨多元化健康教育护理对产妇泌乳和并发症的影响.方法将80例初产妇根据床位号分为观察组和对照组,对照组入院期间采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用多元化的健康教育,比较两组产妇产后泌乳情况及并发症.结果观察组产后母乳喂养满足新生儿的比例、母乳喂养的比例显著高于对照组,泌乳始动时间、产后并发症显著少于对照组(P＜0.05).结论多元化的健康教育更能全面、有针对性的满足产妇的围产期知识需求,促进产后泌乳,降低并发症.
목적 탐토다원화건강교육호리대산부비유화병발증적영향.방법 장80례초산부근거상위호분위관찰조화대조조,대조조입원기간채용상규호리,관찰조재대조조적기출상채용다원화적건강교육,비교량조산부산후비유정황급병발증.결과 관찰조산후모유위양만족신생인적비례、모유위양적비례현저고우대조조,비유시동시간、산후병발증현저소우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 다원화적건강교육경능전면、유침대성적만족산부적위산기지식수구,촉진산후비유,강저병발증.
Objective To investigate the effect of diversified health education on the lactation and complications in maternal.Methods A total of 80 case of primiparae were divided into the observation group and the control group according to bed number,the control group was given routine nursing care during hospitalization,the observation group was given diversified health education on the basis of the control group,two groups were compared with maternal postpartum lactation and complications.Results The postpartum breastfeeding meet the proportion of neonates,breastfeeding in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the initial time of lactation,postpartum complications were significantly less than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Diversified health education could be more comprehensive,targeted to meet the maternal perinatal knowledge demand,promoting postpartum lactation,reduce complications.
