目的探讨优质护理模式在慢性心力衰竭合并严重抑郁情绪患者中的应用.方法选择我院慢性心力衰竭合并严重抑郁情绪的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组进行一般的护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理模式,比较两组患者治疗的依从性、抑郁情绪的评分.结果观察治疗4周后,观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)低于对照组,抑郁情绪有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论优质护理模式对提高慢性心力衰竭合并严重抑郁情绪患者的治疗依从性及改善抑郁情绪,促进疾病康复起着重要的作用.

Objective To explore the application of high-quality nursing mode in the chronic heart failure patients complicated with severe depression.Methods In our hospital 80 chronic heart failure patients complicated with severely depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,observation group were treated with high-quality nursing,patients compliance,depression score were compared between two groups..Results After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with control group,in observation group treatment compliance was higher,the score of self-rating depression scale (SDS) was lower.Depression had been improved,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.01).Conclusions High-quality nursing mode can improve the treatment compliance and depression of the chronic heart failure patients complicated with severe depression.
