目的 探讨冠心病患者社区护理需求程度及其影响因素.方法 选取2010年10月至2012年8月的120例社区冠心病患者为研究对象,采用调查问卷对其进行心理护理及疾病知识教育需求程度的调查,并将不同病程、不同文化程度与社会支持程度患者的护理需求程度进行比较.结果 120例社区冠心病患者的心理护理及疾病知识教育需求程度均较高,同时较长病程、高社会支持和高文化程度患者的各方面需求程度均明显高于较短病程、低社会支持和低文化程度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冠心病患者社区护理需求程度较高,且不同病程、不同文化程度与社会支持程度患者的需求程度存在差异.

Objective To investigate the community nursing demand degree of patients with coronary heart disease and analysis on its influence factors.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease from October 2010 to August 2012 were selected as research object,then the demand degree of mental nursing and disease knowledge education of all the patients were investigated by questionnaire,then these items of patients with different course,cultural and social support degree were compared.Results The demand degree of mental nursing and disease knowledge education of all the patients were all high,and higher demand degree rate of those items of patients with longer course,higher cultural and social support degree were higher than those with shorter course,lower cultural and social support degree,(all P < 0.05),there were all significant differences.Conclusions The community nursing demand of patients with coronary heart disease is high,and those of patients with different course,cultural and social support degree have differences.
