目的 探讨不同灭菌方法的乳管内窥镜消毒效果.方法 采用低温环氧乙烷灭菌法和2%碱性戊二醛浸泡灭菌法灭菌使用过的乳管内窥镜,比较两种消毒方法的消毒效果、器械损耗率、使用检查的例数和医护满意度.结果 两种消毒方法的生物监测合格率无统计学意义(P>0.05).低温灭菌法的灭菌时间较短,灭菌后有效时间较长,毒性反应的发生少,使用检查例数多,与浸泡法相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).医护人员对低温灭菌法的满意度显著高于浸泡法(P<0.05).结论 低温环氧乙烷灭菌法均有快速、安全、质量好等特点,可作为乳管内窥镜消毒的首选方法.

Objective To investigate the disinfection effects of different sterilization methods on the breast duct endoscope.Methods The breast duct endoscope were disinfected by low temperature ethylene oxide sterilization and 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde immersion sterilization.The effect of disinfection,equipment operation loss rate,the use of test cases and medical satisfaction were compared between two kinds of disinfection method.Results Biological monitoring qualification rate between two kinds of disinfection methods were no significant difference (P > 0.05).Low temperature sterilization sterilization time was shorter,effective time after sterilization was longer;toxicity reaction rate was less,the use of test cases were more,compared with soaking method,there was significant difference (P < 0.05).The disinfection effect satisfaction of medical staff for low temperature sterilization was significantly higher than that of soaking method (P <0.05).Conclusions Low temperature ethylene oxide sterilization disinfection is fast,safe,good quality; it can be used as the preferred disinfection method in breast duct endoscope.
