目的 探讨家庭访视对出院冠心病患者康复效果的影响.方法 将120例冠心病患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各60例,对照组给予常规的出院指导；干预组在此基础上定期家庭访视,实施家庭护理干预.结果 干预组患者遵医行为情况优于对照组,再住院人数和次数较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 家庭访视可提高冠心病患者的遵医行为,减少再住院次数.
目的 探討傢庭訪視對齣院冠心病患者康複效果的影響.方法 將120例冠心病患者隨機分為榦預組和對照組,各60例,對照組給予常規的齣院指導；榦預組在此基礎上定期傢庭訪視,實施傢庭護理榦預.結果 榦預組患者遵醫行為情況優于對照組,再住院人數和次數較對照組明顯降低,差異有統計學意義(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).結論 傢庭訪視可提高冠心病患者的遵醫行為,減少再住院次數.
목적 탐토가정방시대출원관심병환자강복효과적영향.방법 장120례관심병환자수궤분위간예조화대조조,각60례,대조조급여상규적출원지도；간예조재차기출상정기가정방시,실시가정호리간예.결과 간예조환자준의행위정황우우대조조,재주원인수화차수교대조조명현강저,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).결론 가정방시가제고관심병환자적준의행위,감소재주원차수.
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation efficacy of the home visits on the discharged patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Totaled of 120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Patients in control group were given routine instruction.Patients in intervention group were given home visits nursing based on the routine instruction.Results In terms of treatment compliance,the number and frequency of rehospitalization,patients in intervention group were all better than those in control group,and the differences were significant (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Home visits can improve compliance behavior of patients with coronary heart disease,improve lifestyle and reduce the frequency of rehospitalization.
