目的了解慢性病患者心理压力与应对方式状况,探讨两者间关系,为临床心理干预提供依据.方法采用中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)和应对方式问卷(CSQ)对100例住院慢性病患者(研究组)及100例健康体检者(对照组)进行调查,比较两者之间的差异.结果 ①研究组CPSS评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.01)；②研究组CSQ中总积极因素评分明显低于对照组,而总消极因素评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.01)；③CSQ分值与CPSS分值具有相关性(r=0.306～0.342,P＜0.01).结论慢性病患者存在较大的心理压力,且较多的采用消极的应对方式,临床医护人员应积极给予心理干预,帮助患者提高心理健康水平,以促进身心康复.

Objective To research and understand the condition of psychological stress and coping style on the patient with chronic diseases,the relationship between them was discussed in order to offer the basis for clinical psychological intervention.Methods A total of 100 in-patients with chronic diseases (study group) and 100 pepole whose check-up were healthy (control group) were investigated by CPSS and CSQ,the differences between two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The score of CPSS in study group was higher than that in control group (P ＜0.01) ; (2) The score of always positive factors of CSQ in study group was lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01),but the score of always negative factors of CSQ was higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01) ; (3) There was relationship between CPSS and CSQ (r =0.306-0.342,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions The patient with chronic diseases had bigger psychological stress,moreoverthey often used negative coping style.The clinical medical staff must actively give them psychological intervention,help them improve mental health level,in order to promote mind and body rehabilitation.
