目的探讨健康教育的实施对行射频消融术的肝癌患者的辅助治疗作用.方法选取行射频消融术的40例肝癌患者,分为行健康教育A组和未行健康教育B组.另选取在我院行体检的健康人群10人作为对照,对照组均未有肝、肾、心脏疾患.运用全自动免疫定量生化仪检测对照组和A组、B组患者术前和术后血中AFP的表达情况.结果对照组患者AFP的检测结果(10.8 ±4.6)μg/ml,A、B两组术前AFP检测结果为(471.7±28.0) μg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后A组AFP水平为(9.3 ±4.8)μg/ml,B组AFP水平为(17.6±6.9)μg/ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 AFP的表达有诊断肝肿瘤的作用,健康教育的实施对行射频消肖融术的肝癌患者具有辅助治疗作用.

Objective To investigate health education on serum AFP expression of liver cancer patients with radiofrequency ablation.Methods Forty liver cancer patients with radiofrequency ablation were selected and divided into health education A group and no health education group B.In addition 10 healthy persons with no liver,kidney,heart disorders were selected as control group.Full automatic immune quantitative biochemical analyzer was applied to detect serum AFP expression of control group,A group and B group before and after operation respectively.Results The AFP expression was 10.8 ± 4.6 μg/ml vs 471.7 ± 28.0 μg/ml,(P ＜ 0.05) before radiofrequency ablation between liver cancer patients and health patients.After intervention the AFP expression was 9.3 ± 5.8 μg/ml vs 13.6 ± 4.9 μg/ml between A group and B group,the difference was significantly (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions AFP expression can help to diagnose liver cancer,health education is benefit to the treatment of liver cancer.
