    Morbidity and mortality of sepsis is high in clinical practice.Many basic and clinical researches have uncovered that sepsis can cause diaphragmatic dysfunction,which exacerbated respiratory failure.In this paper,we will review the diaphragm dysfunction and pathogenesis in sepsis.
