    NLRP3炎症小体是一种存在于细胞胞浆中的多蛋白复合物,主要是由NLRP3、ASC和Caspase-1相互结合形成的,是天然免疫系统的重要组成部分.近来发现其在呼吸系统炎症的发生、发展过程中发挥着巨大的作用.本篇文章旨在讨论NLRP3炎症小体及其相关的炎症介质(IL-1β和IL-18)在哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病机制中的重要作用.

    The NLRP3 inflammasome mainly combined with NLRP3,ASC,Caspase-1 is a kind of multi-protein complexes,it is present in the cytoplasmic as an important part of the innate immune system.Recently there has been a growing body of evidence to suggest that NLRP3 inflammasome may play key roles in the inflammation observed in respiratory diseases.The aim of this review is to discuss the role of the NLRP3 inflammasome,and its associated inflammatory mediators (IL-1β and IL 18),in the pathogenesis of asthma and COPD.
