B7-H4是新近发现的B7家族中的一员,对于T细胞介导的免疫反应有负性调节作用.其在多种肿瘤中存在异常过度表达,提示B7-H4可能在肿瘤的发生、进展及预后中发挥着重要作用.另外有关研究显示B7-H4参与调控T细胞在器官移植后排斥反应及自身免疫疾病的免疫应答.故B7-H4信号通路的进一步研究必将为肿瘤的免疫治疗、解决器官移植后排斥反应、治疗自身免疫疾病及病毒感染性疾病等提供新思路.

B7-H4,a newly discovered B7 family member,which is a negative regulator of T cell mediated immune responses.B7-H4 aberrantly overexpresses in some tumors.It may play an important role in occurrence,development and prognosis of tumor.Furthermore,another relevant research shows that B7-H4 involves in the regulation of T cell immune response in organ transplantation rejection and autoimmune disease.Further research on B7-H4 signaling pathway will offer a new strategy for tumor immunotherapy,solving the rejection after organ transplantation,treatment of autoimmune diseases and viral infection.
