IQGAP1蛋白为小的真核细胞蛋白家族中的一员,在细胞增殖、分化、转移等过程中起着重要作用.最近研究发现其参与了气道炎性损伤、肺癌侵袭转移等呼吸系统疾病变化.本文就IQGAP1蛋白的结构和功能、在呼吸系统疾病中的调控作用作一综述.

As a member of the small eukaryotic cell protein family,IQGAP1 plays an important role in the process of cell proliferation,differentiation,and metastasis.Recent researches have found that IAGAP1 participates in the airway inflammation injury,the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer,and other respiratory diseases.This paper reviews the structure and function of IQGAP1,and the regulation effects of IQGAP1 in respiratory diseases.
