生长素释放肽(ghrelin)参与了调节垂体生长激素的释放、调节能量代谢、保护心血管、调节炎症反应等多种生物学功能,其中抗炎作用机制与免疫调节、植物神经功能、晚期重要炎症因子高迁移率蛋白B1、核因子κB及核苷酸结合寡聚域2/受体相互作用蛋白2等信号传导通路有关.本文就近年来ghrelin在炎症反应中的作用机制研究进行综述.
生長素釋放肽(ghrelin)參與瞭調節垂體生長激素的釋放、調節能量代謝、保護心血管、調節炎癥反應等多種生物學功能,其中抗炎作用機製與免疫調節、植物神經功能、晚期重要炎癥因子高遷移率蛋白B1、覈因子κB及覈苷痠結閤寡聚域2/受體相互作用蛋白2等信號傳導通路有關.本文就近年來ghrelin在炎癥反應中的作用機製研究進行綜述.

Growth hormone releasing peptide (ghrelin) is participated in many kinds of biological function,including the adjustion of pituitary growth hormone,energy metabolism, cardiovascular protective effection, anti-inflammatory response and so on.The mechanism of anti-inflammatory is related with immune adjustment,plant nerve function adjustment,late important inflammatory factor mobility of high protein B1,multiple signaling pathways such as nuclear factor-κB,nucleotide binding oligomeric domain 2/receptor interacting protein 2.The mechanism of ghrelin in the inflammatory reaction is summarized in this paper.
