亲环素A最初作为是免疫抑制剂环孢素A的细胞内蛋白受体发现,属于亲环素家族中的一员.以后的研究发现它是一种高度保守的蛋白质,在生物界中广泛表达,具有分子伴侣、蛋白质运输、免疫调剂和细胞信号转导等多种生物学功能,与许多疾病的发病机制有着密切的关系.本文主要就亲环素A的结构与功能进行介绍,并对其与COPD的关系作一简单综述.

Cyclophilin A initially founded as a specific cytosolic binding protein of the immunosuppressant cyclosporin A,which belonged to cyclophilins.Subsequent studies found that it was a highly conserved protein which was widely expressed in nature.It was believed to be a key molecule in many biological functions including molecular chaperoning,protein folding,protein trafficking,immunemodulation and cell signaling were closely related to the pathogenesis of many diseases.The main purpose of this chapter was to introduce the structure and function of the cyclophilin A and make a brief introduction of its role in respiratory diseases.
