Th17 cells specificly produce cytokines such as IL-17A,IL-17F and IL-22.Th17 is involved in the regulation of extracellular bacterial,fungal infections and autoimmune diseases.Treg cells suppress immune responses through cell-cell or non cell interaction.Foxp3 plays a great role in differentiation and function of Treg cells.Here,we review the progress of the differentiation,function of Th17 cells and Treg cells,as well as the role of Th17 Cells and Treg cells in bronchial asthma.
