目的 了解气管恶性、低度恶性及良性组织中的新生血管有无明显差异.方法 选取煤炭总医院经气管镜下取出的鳞癌、气管腺样囊性癌及炎性肉芽肿蜡块标本各30例.采用SP免疫组织化学法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和CD34,依据CD34阳性血管计算微血管密度(MVD)值.统计学处理:计量资料均数用方差齐性检验,计数资料用x2检验,组间比较采用Q检验.结果 ①VEGF在气管鳞癌、气管腺样囊性癌和炎性肉芽肿中的表达逐渐降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).②气管腺样囊性癌VEGF的表达强弱及MVD值与患者的性别、年龄无关,与临床分期有关,Ⅳ期患者高于其他患者(P<0.05).结论 新生血管在肿瘤的发生及血行转移中有重要作用.

Objective To determine the neovascularization in malignant,low-grade malignant tracheal cancer,and benign tracheal lesions.Methods Thirty specimens of paraffin-embedded bronchoscopic biopsy tissue from patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma,30 of tracheal squamous cancer and 30 of inflammatory granuloma,were collected at Meitan General Hospital during year 2004 to 2013.The detection of vascular endothelial growth factor expression and comparison of microvessel density are detected in all of the specimens.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The VEGF expression and MVD was gradually declined from squamous cell carcinoma to tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma and inflammatory granuloma,in compliance with the mentioned sequence.The positive expression of VEGF and MVD count has a correlation with clinical stage,while outstanding higher expression observed in stage Ⅳ (P <0.05),but not age or gender in adenoid cystic carcinoma.Conclusions Neovascularization plays an important role in tumorigenesis and tumor blood metastasis.
